  • Where can I find the registration forms?

  • Can my spouse attend the meeting?

Yes, the fee for this meeting is $150. Spouse/guest registration is meant to accommodate legal spouses and immediate family members.  Attendees from the same organization must register independently.  No exceptions will be made. Spouse/guest designation will be clearly visible on name badge.

  • Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, however, registrations cancelled prior to October 31, 2016 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  Registrations are non-refundable after October 31, 2016, but registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. Please send all refund and transfer requests in writing via email to [email protected].

  • Can I stay at the hotel where the meeting will take place?

Yes, we have negotiated a discounted group rate and would encourage you to stay at the Grand Hyatt Washington for your convenience. Please make your reservation here.

  • Will I be able to cancel my hotel reservation?

Yes, credit cards will be charged one night’s room and tax in the event of a no show or if cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival.  This includes any reservations that ACCE may have offered on a complimentary basis. All changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Please obtain a confirmation number when your reservation is cancelled.

  • Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

  • What is the closet airport to the hotel?

The ACCE Policy Summit will in at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C.  The Grand Hyatt is just 5 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

ACCE has partnered with SuperShuttle to offer attendees shuttle services at a discounted rate. There will also be taxi and shuttle services are available both on demand and by reservations. For more information, please visit our transportation page.

  • Will taxis be available at the hotel?

Yes, there are taxis available outside the hotel.
